Artist's Comments

As promised, I finally uploaded something after my vacation.

This is actually a long overdue art trade for chocoborancher. Sorry for the wait, Linda!

She wanted both a dragon and a griffon, so I incorporated the two into one drawing.

:wow:

I think first off what I liked about this piece is the way you have framed everything naturally with the way the two larger animals ae sitting and the way the trees are formed. That really helps to lead the eye where you want, showing you know how to control your audiance.

The second is you success with your tool of choice. The pencial is just amazing! The textures and the lighting is almost perfect. How did you go about creating this? I'm very curious...

The only thing I think might have needed improvement would be the babies. Not that they're not absolutly adorible, just that they blend with the background. Maybe giving them a harder edge to define them better from the grass and such things would have helped.

Does one of them have a chocobo head? AAAAawwwwWWwww...

Over all... this is amazing!
